Sansaryan Han

The restoration works of the historical Sansaryan Han, which was built in 1890 in Sirkeci for the education of Armenian children with its income and was used as the Istanbul Police Department for a while, will be completed in 2021 and will be a five-star hotel with 80 rooms, 11 of which are terraced, 1 terrace restaurant and It is planned to be put into service with 8 stores on the front.

Camondo Mansion

The 5-storey Camondo Mansion, which will be opened in 2022, will be connected to the Hotel Maison DeCamondo. The hotel, which will consist of 17 pavilion rooms, has been designed in accordance with the original with the cooperation of the Turkish-Islamic Arts Museum and the Monuments Board.

Yalıköşk

The 90-room historical building, whose restoration project has started as a Hotel, is planned to be put into service at the beginning of 2022.

We have 2 site projects with a total of 100 villas on the lands belonging to our Group in Kuşadası. These projects are planned to be completed in 2022.
