The Real Historical Point Where Turkish Architecture Meets with a Breathtaking Landscape The Fourth Vakıf Han, which was designed by Architect Kemalettin Bey, the Director of the Construction and Restoration Department of the Ministry of Ottoman Foundations, is also among the important parts of the same rooted history, the Legacy Ottoman Hotel, and is home to the past of the city of Istanbul. The Legacy Ottoman Hotel, which continues to exist with all the splendor of its experience, is shown among the last architectural works of the Ottoman Empire. The building, which was designed in 1911 to meet the need for office buildings in the region, was used as a barracks by the French Allied Forces under the name "Caserne Viktor" between 1920 and 1923. Neighboring the most important historical monuments of the city, Legacy Ottoman Hotel, besides being the only five-star hotel in the region, maintains its deep meaning from history with a magnificence intertwined with today's modern world. One of the most important features of this magnificent building, which comes from history, is that the domes rising on both sides have the same design as the dome of Masjid al-Aqsa. The historical architecture of the building was preserved and restoration was carried out. Our hotel, which serves its guests with 180 rooms, has been successfully contributing to the promotion of our country for 15 years.
