Legacy Ottoman Hotel

The historical building, which started to be built in 1912, is one of the most important examples of Ottoman architecture in the last period. The building, the decoration of which was started by our group in 2004, is brought back to our cultural heritage in a short time like 18 months, and also makes a great contribution to the tourism of the region. In particular, the decoration of the building was completed by keeping the historical texture sensitively preserved.

Risus Beach Resort Hotel

Our facility, the construction of which was completed in 1999, has been brought into tourism as a tourist facility, with a total area of 60,000 m2, of which 45,000 m2 is aqua park. Our facility, which has 81 rooms, 25 water slides, 3 swimming pools, has a closed area of 25,000 m2. The entire construction and declaration was made by the Aktarli group.

Risus Garden Marina Hotel

All decoration and renovation processes of our facility, which consists of 50 villas that joined our group in 2017, have been completed by our group. Our facility, which became operational in 2018, bears traces of the natural beauties of Kuşadası.

The Wings Hotel

The Wings Hotel, which started its activities in Istanbul Karaköy in 2018, carries historical inspirations as well as luxury decoration and design. It is one of the most important indicators of the Aktarlı group's experience in the construction industry.

Brew Coffee Works

All decorations of 6 branches of Brew cafe, Sirkeci, Boutque Karaköy, Balat, Karaköy Marina, Karaköy Decamondo and Kuşadası, were carried out within our group. He especially designed the decoration and design of cafes according to the texture and style of the environment.

Nevzat Yıldırım Construction Project

It is our joint project with Nevzat Yıdırım on a land of 4,300 m2 on Şehit Yüzbaşı Rıfat Street in Adıyaman Yeni Sanayi Mahallesi. The project consists of 3 blocks, 48 flats and 3,500 square meters of commercial space.

Gardenya Park

It is a joint project with Akkonut İnşaat on an 11,500 mt2 land in Adıyaman Yeni Sanayi Mahallesi Şehit Yüzbaşı Rıfat Street. The project consists of 4 blocks, 130 flats and 2,000 mt of commercial space. A traditional new generation living space has been established with GARDENYA in the most beautiful place of Adıyaman. Children are very precious to us. That's why we developed GARDENYA as a child-friendly project. We believe that they deserve much more than just houses designed for adults and small playgrounds where the noise of the city is not missing. We designed not only our outdoor areas, but also common indoor areas with children in mind. NEW GENERATION LIVING SPACES The old neighborhood culture we longed for, neighborhoods with warm friendships, children playing freely, people trusting each other, meant tables that gathered together. Even though life has completely changed and the old neighborhood lives are a long time ago, in fact, it has lost nothing of its spirit, warmth and essence.
